We decide on hourly billing rates to promote transparency of projects. We will provide timing estimates so you're not surprised with unexpected expenditures. This way, you can track how your money is being spent!

Instead, FYX can propose solutions based on the jobs you need accomplished, and you can pay us an hourly rate that forgoes additional costs like benefits, onboarding, equipment, and valuable desk space!

Yes. We understand the immeasurable value of your research secrets and take your privacy with utmost seriousness. We will never share your project details with any outside vendors or collaborators without your explicit permission. Furthermore, we will assign your company a unique project codename and discard all information if our business concludes.

Yes! A cost-effective idea is to have a QC staffer perform your testing while we review the results and sign off on the appropriate documentation! (Although we're happy to help QC test as well)!

Absolutely! We hope to set up all governance decisions beforehand, but understand there will come times when your staff may need to make decisions. The more we collaborate and communicate, the stronger our relationship will be!

Our business model is remote, in order to reduce overhead. Furthermore, we want to stay out of your way as much as we can. If we mutually feel like lab visits are necessary to work with your lab space, we will discuss travel and timing arrangements to best fit your schedule. Team members are willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays in order to FYX your problems without disrupting your workflows!

Absolutely! We have collectively managed labs and quality for some of the largest firms in the United States before striking out on our own. On top of our academic credentials, we are all cross training in various forms of continuing quality improvement, lab management, and lean six sigma principles!
